I started gaining professional experience in the legal industry from 2012 in the legal departments of companies, dealing with day-to-day services in particular in the field of business law and contract law, then in a law firm specialising in representing insurance companies in litigation with clients and insurance agents.
In 2016, already as an attorney-at-law, I started working with a law firm specialising in broadly defined advisory services for insurance companies, insurance agents and financial institutions, where I gained knowledge and practical skills allowing me to be proficient in regulatory issues.
Currently, I am involved in day-to-day legal advice for entities in the financial services sector, in particular insurance companies, insurance agents and brokers. I draft and review internal documentation (T&Cs, regulations, procedures), draft, analyse and review contracts, prepare recommendations for Clients on distribution business models.
I also advise leasing companies extensively on both day-to-day operations and insurance-related issues. I develop, implement and modify insurance models in leasing, analyse contracts with insurance companies and brokers, also on an international level, advise on insurance products and the legally available options for their distribution and how to combine regulatory requirements with business goals.
I also provide support and advice on data protection.
I am co-author of the commentary to the Insurance Distribution Act.
I am fluent in English.
