Our experience in this area includes:

starting a business, converting a sole proprietorship into a civil partnership or a commercial company;

incorporation of general partnerships and commercial companies; advisory services regarding the reorganization and liquidation of companies; and handling these processes on behalf of clients (including full representation before the registry courts—KRS);

corporate support for the governing bodies of business entities (including general meetings, shareholders’ meetings, management boards, and supervisory boards), including the preparation of resolutions by such bodies;

drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, as well as providing advice during the contract execution phase, including pre-litigation dispute resolution and debt collection on behalf of clients;

sale of shares and stock; negotiations in disputes between company partners;

challenging resolutions of shareholders’ meetings and general meetings of shareholders;

the formation of holding groups, including those involving foreign companies;

structuring equity capital for tax optimization (e.g., establishing limited partnerships or limited joint-stock partnerships);
