I am a legal advisor with over 20 years of professional experience, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
I have worked in both Polish and international law firms as an in-house lawyer in companies and non-governmental organisations. I have advised entities in the property development, construction, renewable energy, automotive and telecommunications industries. I have served as Data Protection Officer in several entities.
I specialise in commercial law, intellectual property law, new technology law and personal data protection law. At the same time, I have been conducting court cases continuously for 15 years, thanks to which I am familiar with the current line of jurisprudence of common and administrative courts.
In 2022, I obtained a postgraduate diploma from the Polish Academy of Sciences in ‘Performing the functions of a data protection officer’ and in 2024 from Łazarski University in ‘Law in New Technology Business’.
In 2025, I joined the Artificial Intelligence Working Group at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, which supports the implementation of AI in Poland, both in the private and public sectors (including the implementation of the AI Act in Poland).
