I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok, as well as the Postgraduate Studies in Banking and Finance for Lawyers and the Postgraduate Studies in Compliance at the Warsaw School of Economics.
I gained my professional experience in a law firm specialising in pursuing claims related to traffic accidents and a law firm specialising in advising insurance companies and insurance intermediaries.
At present, I focus my professional practice primarily on advising entities in the financial services sector, in particular insurance companies, insurance agents and insurance brokers, including the development and assessment in terms of legal compliance of internal documentation, representation of insurance companies in court disputes and legal assistance in the scope of inspections by the Financial Supervision Authority.
