I began gaining professional experience in the legal industry in 2012, working in the legal departments of various companies, where I handled day-to-day legal matters, particularly in the areas of business law and contract law, and subsequently at a law firm specializing in representing insurance companies in litigation with clients and insurance agents.

In 2016, already as a legal advisor, I began working with a law firm specializing in broadly defined advisory services for insurance companies, insurance brokers, and financial institutions, where I gained the knowledge and practical skills that allow me to navigate regulatory matters efficiently.

He currently provides ongoing legal counsel to entities in the financial services sector, particularly insurance companies, insurance agents, and insurance brokers. I draft and analyze internal documentation (general terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures); I draft, analyze, and review contracts; and I prepare recommendations for clients regarding distribution models.

I also provide a wide range of advisory services to leasing companies, both regarding their day-to-day operations and insurance-related matters. I develop, implement, and modify insurance models for leases; analyze agreements entered into with insurance companies and brokers, including at the international level; I advise on insurance products and the legally available options for their distribution, as well as on how to align regulatory requirements with business objectives.

I also provide support and advice regarding regulations on personal data.

I am a co-author of the commentary on the Insurance Distribution Act.
