Justyna Nerko

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok, as well as the Postgraduate Program in Banking and Finance for Lawyers and the Postgraduate Program in Compliance at the Warsaw School of Economics.

I gained my professional experience at a law firm specializing in pursuing claims related to traffic accidents and at a law firm specializing in advising insurance companies and insurance brokers.

Currently, my practice focuses primarily on advising entities in the financial services sector, particularly insurance companies, insurance agents, and insurance brokers, including drafting and reviewing internal documentation for legal compliance, representing insurance companies in litigation, and providing legal assistance in connection with inspections by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

I conduct my work with clients in English.
