Kaja Glińska

A graduate of the integrated law program at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, where she earned her master’s degree in 2020. She is currently a trainee legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.

I have been gaining professional experience since 2019 at law firms, providing day-to-day litigation and enforcement services to corporate clients, and at an insurance company as a Compliance Specialist, carrying out tasks related to regulatory compliance, where I gained knowledge primarily in the areas of civil law, insurance law in the broad sense, and consumer protection law.

At the law firm, I focus on advising entities operating in the regulated market, primarily insurance companies, insurance agents, and insurance brokers, including the preparation of legal analyses and opinions, the review of documentation, and support in dealings with regulatory authorities.
